Sushi & Salsa

SALSA:

Igor and I had our third Salsa class last night. It was amazing how much we've learned in such a short time. After class we wen't to Uncle Bob's place for a final night with Igor's Bakha's. (They left this afternoon to go back home to Bosnia). After pigging out on Burek and some other granny treats, everyone was forcing us to dance. So Andrea busted out some Salsa tunes and Igor and I showed them what we got. We did pretty good. I can't wait til the 10th week...then we're hitting the clubs.

SUSHI:

I treated Heather for Sushi this afternoon. Heather's my ex-boss from the Career Centre when I worked there as a Marketing Assistant in Uni. She is such an awesome person. It was great visiting UTM again (although I parked illegally and was scared I'd come back to a towed car), I still enjoyed catching up with her. She raved about Igor and his eye for design/photography, so I was thrilled to hear such positivity about him and also about the new staff at the CC.
I don't know...it just made me happy to meet up with her. It's kind of funny how one turns from boss to friend. It's cool being out of school. Sometimes.
